Sweet Sour Spareribs

Once again Wendell followed the recipe in Jean Watanabe Hee's Hawaii's Best Local Dishes, a most awesome cookbook.

Coat 3 pounds of spareribs in flour and brown the ribs in oil. Mix together 3/4 c. brown sugar, 1 c. water, 1/2 c. cider vinegar, 4 T. sugar, 3 cloves minced garlic and add to ribs. Simmer for 2 hours or until soft.

I saw this recipe in the cookbook and marked it as one I want to make. I'm sure this was so ONO!!! Oh, Gerry said "come on over and he would be happy to buy you a bagel sandwich with salmon at The Flower Farm"! :)
